Welcome to Galaxy Theatre 10, where we strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly movie experience for all guests. Please review our theatre policies below to help us maintain a fun and safe environment for everyone.

Admission & Ticket Prices

Ticket Prices

- Adult: $9.00
- Matinee (Before 5 PM): $9.00
- Senior (60+): $8.00
- Child (Ages 3–12): $7.00
- Children Under 3: Free admission (must sit with an adult)

Prices may vary for special events or premium screenings.

R-Rated Movie Policy (Missouri)

In compliance with Missouri state guidelines and theatre standards:

Children under 6 are not permitted to attend R-rated films.
Guests ages 6–16 may attend only with a parent or legal guardian (18+) who is present for the entire film.
Guests 17 and older may purchase their own ticket with a valid photo ID.
Guests 18 and older may purchase multiple tickets for an R-rated feature.
Photo identification may be required for entry.

The goal of this policy is to ensure a safe and age-appropriate environment for all moviegoers.

Code of Conduct

To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone:

Please avoid disruptive behavior, profanity, or vulgar attire.
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are allowed inside the building.
No outside food or drinks are permitted.
No costumes, masks, or face paint that obscure the face.
No recording devices of any kind in auditoriums.
Please silence all phones and electronic devices once the previews begin.

Management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if their behavior disrupts the movie experience for others.

Bag & Package Policy

To help maintain a safe environment:

Bags larger than 16” x 16” x 6” are not permitted.
Backpacks and purses are subject to inspection.
Exceptions are made for medical or diaper bags.

Concessions & Specials

Enjoy our fresh popcorn, ICEE drinks, and snack selections.
Treat Yourself Tuesday:
- $6 tickets for all guests
- 2-for-$12 candy deal
Refillable Bucket Policy:
- Refillable buckets may be filled when you purchase a large popcorn.
- Buckets must be clean and free of debris before refilling.
- Same-day refills follow posted in-theatre rules.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Online purchases: No refunds or exchanges are available.
In-person purchases: Refunds are not offered, but we are happy to move your tickets to a different showtime or date (subject to availability).

Please check your movie title, date, and time before completing your purchase.

Accessibility & Inclusion

Galaxy Theatre is ADA-accessible and provides designated wheelchair and companion seating in each auditorium.

Service Animals

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), only trained service animals are permitted inside the theatre.
Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.

Lost & Found / Security

Please check your seat area before leaving the auditorium.
Lost and Found items are held for 7 days at the manager’s office.
Night Watch Security patrols the building after hours to ensure guest and staff safety.
